Option one: inside the app

This is the fastest route — you do not need to contact us.

Open The Touch AI and sign in to your account.
Go to the Profile tab (the rightmost one in the bottom bar).
Scroll to the very bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone and the data cannot be restored. If you want to come back later, you will need to create a new account.

Option two: by email

If you have lost access to the app or to your phone number, write to thetouchclinic1@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" and state the phone number you used to sign in. We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours, so that someone else's request cannot delete your data. We handle such requests within 30 days.

What exactly is deleted

The account — the authentication record and the link to your phone number.
Your profile — name, age, gender, city, skin type, concerns, allergies.
The conversation with the AI cosmetologist — all messages and replies.
Photos — analysis selfies, photos of skin and products, PDFs you sent.
Skin analysis results — per-zone scores, skin age, findings, history.
Booking requests created in the app.
The notification token — this phone will no longer receive push notifications.

What remains — and why

Clinic medical records. If you attended a treatment, the visit records are kept for as long as Ukrainian law on primary medical documentation requires. We cannot delete them on request.
Telegram bot history. If you previously talked to the clinic in Telegram and merged that history into the app, deleting the account unlinks the app, but the conversation in the bot lives separately. Write to us and we will delete that too, by hand.
Accounting documents for paid services — for the periods set by tax law.
Backups. Data disappears from the live database immediately and from backups as they rotate, within 30 days. It is never restored from those copies and is not used for anything.

If you do not want to delete everything

Instead of full deletion you can ask us to remove specific data — only the photos, say, or only the health notes in your profile — and keep the account. Just tell us what to remove. You can equally request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies or withdraw your consent to processing. All rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

If you simply remove the app from your phone, the account and the data stay on the server. To make them go away, use one of the two options above before you uninstall the app.
